Birthday Gifts and my go-to shop, Anthropologie
Sometimes it’s hard to track down a quick gift right when you need it. You want it to be thoughtful and practical. Meaningful and attractive. You want it to be well received … and affordable. I usually love to shop local for birthday gifts and have several favorite go-tos in our town (shout out to Bless Your Heart, Thanks A Latte and Swagger!) But, there is one larger retailer that I can count on (without fail) to have great gift options – every single time! Anthropologie.
Lately, I’ve been running into Anthropologie (in person) when I need a good gift. It might be a birthday gift, a hostess gift or a housewarming gift. It could be Mother’s Day or even Christmas. The occasion doesn’t matter. I can always find a good, affordable gift for friends or family. Depending on who I’m shopping for – I might head straight to the accessories or beeline to the home section.
The selection of accessories and jewelry that Anthropologie offers never disappoints. This spring, my favorite find for birthday gifts was their scarves! They come in a two-pack and there are so, so many colors. I had fun selecting just the right color/style to match personalities. Their bag charms and shoe charms are trending too!
The home section in Anthro tends to be pretty amazing as well. I have loved their candles for years. The kitchen items are great too – mugs, glassware, aprons, etc. It’s all whimsical and fun. Always unique.
If you aren’t finding just the right accessory or home item for your recipient … there are always cookbooks, design books, notebooks and other paper products. There are hats. There are cocktail mixers. There are puzzles. There are even pickle ball paddles.
