Meet Lori. She’s the L.B. in Elle Bee!
Lori is currently living, loving and writing about life in North Carolina with her husband (and EBL’s chief project-doer and furniture-maker!), their two not-so-little kiddos and their pups.
After a bit of a winding road – working in the television industry, the music industry and the wedding industry – Lori took a leap of faith and spent several lovely years raising her babies. Now she spends her days juggling the never-ending-to-do-list that comes with being a momma … and an entrepreneur. At Elle Bee Lovely Home + Design and The Hive, Lori thrives on helping people add character and soul to their homes and spaces … while realistically encouraging them to embrace where they live – homes take time and are meant to evolve.
Lori loves encouraging other women to lean in to who they truly are, to find their own style and to enjoy the messy, beautiful reality of what home actually looks like.
When she’s not writing, designing or writing about design, you might find her curled up with a good book and hot cup of coffee, on a walk with her doggos or just happily enjoying this beautiful season in the sun with her family.
