This sunroom started out as a very dingy, kinda dirty and overall unwelcoming space. However, it was huge and the potential was obvious. This room just HAD to become something special. Our client lives in an area that’s warm most of the year … allowing this room to truly be a 4 season retreat. But, we had a lot of work to do on a tight budget. A pretty thorough full-house renovation had just taken place, so we didn’t want to allot a ton of funds to the sunroom. We got crafty with a peel and stick tile option for the flooring and it definitely brought the biggest wow factor! We painted the siding white and the doors black, creating a vibe around a black, white and rattan color scheme. We used as much existing furniture as possible, even repurposing an old kitchen table into a porch dining area. We added a new sofa and bookcase and replaced ceiling fans and sconces. Honestly, what a huge transformation!
