Red, White and Blue – 4th of July 2024

Our Americana Summer is in full swing (well, almost, not quite in full swing just yet as our kiddos still have a few more days of school until summer track-out). But, we have been enjoying weeknights and weekends at the pool and have already managed to check a couple of things off of our summer bucket lists.

July IS right around the corner … which means that it’s just about time to drape our homes in all of their red, white and blue glory. We tend to decorate the exterior of our house for Memorial Day and then take it back down until July. Luckily, this process is quick. A wreath, bunting, flags and pillows. The swap takes less than 10 minutes. And, it’s all about to go back up again! Once July is here, we add some festive touches to our interior as well.

And, since I’ve declared it “an Americana summer” (read more about that here) … I’m donning more red, white and blue clothing this summer, (ALL summer) as well.

Today, I have not one, but TWO round-ups for you!

First – full of that red, white and blue home decor that we love to add around our homes in subtle ways in the summer months …

And, second, a shopping board full of clothing items that’ll make you feel festive in just the right way. A little Americana, not too much, just a sprinkle here and there! 🇺🇸

Happy Summer! Happy Americana Summer! It feels good to take a good, long breath and soak up a little of summery, sunshiney spirit. Enjoy it, friends. And, Happy (almost) 4th of July!
